OT Tyler Maro is now warm to IOWA STATE and Nebraska. Cyclone offer on April 24th and visits 9/14/19; 10/26/19; 3/7/20. Rated as the #47 OT and #606 in the class.
Any thoughts on our chances with Maro? I heard rumblings that he was waiting on an offer from Iowa, but it does not appear to be coming.

We arent going to land Nwankpa.
Miller and King were recruited as CBs.
We try to land 3 safeties per class. We try to reload every position for the most part.
As for why we need them, we lost Keontae Jones and a few others, we haven’t heard ANYTHING about Vonzell Kelley or Virdel Edwards. We are VERY thin at safety since we play 3 guys. We need EVERY safety we can get.
I LOVE Craig Macdonald.

See one of the Michigan Insiders posted a Crystal Ball for Nwankpa to Ohio State.

I’m going to take it that he runs better than the 4.8 40 that 247 reports?

Weird that a recruiting service could possibly be wrong, isn’t it? :jimlad:
From the looks of it, I'm guessing 4.75.

Robert Arm ran 5.00s and he flies to the ball. I don't worry about their speed.

People grilled me for being a downer.....
He's gonna be a five star. He ain't staying in state.
Look at HOK boards.... it's so funny that they thought they had a shot too.
Their mods feed that beast. Its always funny when they get their hearts stepped on.

What do you mean “had”? Has he committed, or is it just another meaningless Crystal Ball?

He does that a ton. Sean likes to do it too. I think in part, their sources are a little too cheerleaderish. That or they're spinning the info.
That's the big problem with hiring homers to be on the beat. Their bias gets in the way and you'll think that the team will land every big time recruit and get upset when Ricky Parks, Gunnar Helm, James Carnie or whoever doesn't commit
