Long term it will be. Big tech coming from them on what I believe to be a big cycle for those looking to be upgrading. Those of us still on 6’s and 7’s considering the jump.
All it takes is a little bit of bad news to knock out good news and vice versa when it comes to the stock market. If live and die by this stuff you’re gonna give yourself anxiety. It’ll come back once the dust settles. May be awhile though.
It happens too consistently for that, and if you need cash, you feed it into the market slowly, as otherwise you're going to take a bath selling that kind of volume all at once.
Maybe dumping gold and buying stock? If they bought gold at the start of the mess. Know many traders that will not let a trade sit more than a week.
Got some cash that I don’t have a need for for 4-6 months. Rolling the dice that I can make a smidge in the down market. Using my commodities knowledge (which could be dangerous) as my background. Those things usually have more emotion in them and if you can get a feel for that, there is opportunity.
Someone is actively dumping large quantities, all at once, to suppress the price.
Not sure how many more times he can go to his free commercial playbook. He's done it twice now.
Started transferring a small amount of cash from our Wealthfront Savings account to our Wealthfrom Investment account. Will probably do so again in a week or two depending on how things look at that time.
Interesting, wonder how long that will last? Not sure what the limits are on gold.
It's been happening since 2008. Gold has historically been the durable port in a storm, and the Fed/banks don't want that because it reveals the relative worth of fiat currency (especially when they're taking extreme measures).
Press conf going on, market does not like this one. Dropped another 500 pts since the start of this.
