I mean, rules are rules. His dad is still the head coach of his old team back in Colorado. He should have to sit out the allotted time like everyone else.
What do you want to bet they move back to Colorado and he finishes school at his old high school.
This Smith kid from Waukee is next level good and if he really runs a 4,3 I’m not sure why we have not offered him yet

I think it’s because of the Ankeny kid. He was ruled ineligible so the Association had to apply the same standards to the other transfers. But the Ankeny kid had a different situation than the others - that's why he was initially the only one ruled ineligible.. Only part of his family 'moved'...

I’m not sure. I mean coaches know more than I do but he could be a kene type player for us or a solid defensive back. Hope he gets a look
The late Waukee fumble is ridiculous. All these HS coaches who think they're in the SEC and have literally ZERO sets where the QB lines up under the center. And then, boom, muffed snap to the shotgun QB. God these coaches are f*cking dumb.
Waukee has the worst coaches in the metro. They never do anything with all the talent. If the basketball team don’t win state by 30 points it would be a fail
