Back when it was grass and Regis was a thing that field would be a disaster by October some years.

If I was on a top seeded team, I would find it pretty unfair if we had to play another top seeded team in an early round just because all the low-seeded teams were far away.
What was Algona ranked? They gave Waukon all they could handle.
Big OT win for Rockford. Bosco beat them something like 83-6 earlier the season.
CR Xavier & Western Dubuque won yesterday in 3A so they will meet in the Final.
SEP Coach Zelenovich is an offensive mastermind and the boys finally starting buying into what he was selling. Word on the street is that he may fill the OC spot at ISU for next year.
Last night's Xavier v. LC game should've been the title game. RPI putting Sergeant Bluff #1 and having Xavier and LC play in the semis was just stupid. Yet another brilliant move by IHSAA.
