Only thing that's missing is a ref calling that a charge.
His foot is clearly in the circle this time.
Charge on Ejim, no basket, Cyclones lose.
WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS TO US - THEIR OWN FANS?!!
Cue the speculation Percy will be starting this year now
A guy I work with is friends with the person who designed both it and the women's basketball poster. He had both of them up on the walls of his office when I came in this morning. Pretty sweet. Apparently the opponents in the black uniforms are Cyclone players as well, but it's hard to tell who is who. (other than Jackson)
Other has to be Naz isn't it?
hard to tell
It's cool, but seriously, Ejim should be throwing that down for the "And 1"!
It had to center on a charge call.
13 is definitely Matt Thomas. 0 is probably Abdel Nader. I agree 6 is Kourtlin Jackson.
How about 55?
Can't wait to get mine in the mail!
Would have been cooler to see Ejim just Thunder Dunking that ball on #0.
That one is the hardest to tell because Kane's right arm is covering so much of him. You should ask the guy at work to ask his friend.
Olesani is obviously #0, but Iowa doesn't have a #6 or #55, and if they did I doubt they would be black. Plus #13 is Denning, and he is a walkon, so I doubt he even plays against ISU.......jeeezz if ISU is gonna troll Iowa on it's poster, they should at least get it right.
1. The black jerseys are ours from last year and two years ago.
2. The last person to wear 0 for ISU was Jordan Railey...two years ago.
That's your crackpot conspiracy for the day.
Love the attitude in this poster. "Go ahead, call a charge on us...we dare you!"
I still think this team is going to do some great things this year - lots of motivation and with early challenges in non-con, much quicker spin up time than the last 2 years have been.
Things I wasn't expecting when this week started: 2 Jordan Railey refrences, the other was in the podcast
My first thought was bluford for #0 and possibly Nader for #55
