    A big upgrade over Tre and Jaden. This guy is going to fit in seamlessly on the defensive end and be able to spell Tyrese if need be with his handles. I think the roster got better today. Now let's go land some scoring and a big man!

    4 or 5 seems about right to me. With the improved backcourt over the course of a season, there’s gotta be a few nights where things are clicking against some of the bottom teams in the conference

    Tough day for EIU hoops hopes

    Will he be enough to get Iowa to a Sweet 16 this century? The best team the school has ever had last spring couldn't do it. Maybe he'll turn out to be a national player of the year like Garza and be able to get it done but we'll have to wait and see.

    Caleb Grill is Returning to Iowa State

    He had 27 against a good Alabama team. I don't know if we had any guards other than Bolton last year who could have scored 27 in a game. Here's to hoping for a few more of those performances next year!

    RECRUITING: Cyclones land Washington State transfer

    Dubar out and this guy in seems like a pretty good net gain to me. Hopefully in terms of "star power" from the transfer portal this guy is towards the medium/bottom range of who we bring in.
