    Don't know how this is going to work out but I could not be happier. It rights an old wrong of the Phillies trading Thome. Yeah, I know it made way for Ryan Howard but I was very disappointed when the trade was made.

    Sad story. Split was the first major leaguer I ever met when I was about 7 or 8. The Royals used to do the winter caravan to Des Moines and I got his autograph along with Al Fitzmorris at Merle Hay Mall.

    I'm guessing that advertisers will be happier if their ads are seen by the larger audience that a Vikings/Bills game will generate than a Chiefs game. That would be the only reason for KCCI to show Vikings/Bills, better ratings.
