Also, see one Kenny Pratt. He was listed at 6'5" but I always thought that was pretty generous.

Texas zeroing in on Neill Berry

Man, what a bunch of whiners. There are a hundred reasons outside of basketball why someone might choose to go to Austin, not to mention everything LLCoolJansma wrote. I'm disappointed to lose a good coach and recruiter as well, but jeesh. The guy is a husband and has kids. The world does not...

    Jakolby Long to transfer

JL transferring is the exact reason he didn't red-shirt as a freshman. He would have burnt up a year of eligibility during his sit-out year.

CFTV: Steve Prohm following loss to Milwaukee

I hate this website when we lose even more than I hate losing. Be back in the spring for recruiting. Bye bye.

Predictions of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at Iowa State game Monday.

Yes, if we lose tomorrow, we should definitely fire that Phrom guy and see if Steve Prohm can coach the rest of the year.

Talen Horton-Tucker cuts list to 3 (ISU is on it)

Not sure on the sources, but states that THT's offer was never pulled. https://chicagodefender.com/2017/10/27/source-illinois-never-pulled-scholarship-recruited-horton-tucker-down-to-the-wire/

Talen Horton-Tucker cuts list to 3 (ISU is on it)

TBD. Fred is certainly not blameless, but giving Fred a roster of ball-dominant guards wasn't the best idea.

Talen Horton-Tucker cuts list to 3 (ISU is on it)

My two cents. I don't think there is a good reason UI writers would make up the drama with Ayo and THT, but I do think there is an incentive to push the story the THT verballed to Illinois even if he actually didn't. The drama sucks for them, but it was there regardless, so pushing the story...

FWIW, Harris provides a bit more of a safety blanket should Lindell ball out and go to the League in a year or two. Still think I'd take THT given the choice. Obviously would be over the moon with either.

Paul Shirley: Not Surprisingly continues to be critical of Eustachy.

Sick burn, dude. Definitely good enough to do twice in a row.

Paul Shirley: Not Surprisingly continues to be critical of Eustachy.

Thank you for the high level of research you did that doesn't actually prove your point. Regardless of how many offers he had or didn't have, you have no way of knowing what Paul's career could have or would have been had he accepted an Ivy league scholarship or not played basketball at all...

Paul Shirley: Not Surprisingly continues to be critical of Eustachy.

Spare me. Think what you want about Paul and his public airing of grievances, but Larry and ISU did not "give" Paul his career. Paul gave himself his career through a high level of talent and hardwork. Did he use ISU (and possibly Larry) as a vehicle to get where he wanted to go? Sure, but Paul...
