    I've used Sling, YouTube TV, and Hulu live. Sling is ok to get by, but the interface isn't as nice and the channels are split in weird packages. Not the best experience, but worked well to pick up for a month to watch the NCAA tournament. Hulu live has good quality streaming, better interface...

    Receiver Help

    HDMI audio is better than digital optical. It should sound identical with 2 channel uncompressed or Dolby digital, but HDMI allows for 8 channel PCM as well as newer standards like DD TrueHD and DTS-MA. There is no reason to run an optical cable unless you have issues with your hdmi audio.
