    ***NWCA All-Star Classic (Tuesday, 7 p.m.)***

You might be right. I understand him wanting to go up in weight with larger Olympic aspirations but he could have been a dominant 157 for the next 2 years. He’s path to the NC is exponentially more difficult now and I’m afraid these bigger wrestlers will be better able to stall him out.

Why would they have this event with no fans? I don’t get it. The atmosphere is abysmal.

Can we all agree that the “Iowa style” of wrestling is a thing of the past? They are no longer the aggressor in matches. Counter shots and 3rd period flurries is what we have seen from the majority of the lineup for the past couple of years. Lee will be his normal superhuman self by March...

    Grand View Dual at Humboldt

I don’t think that’s accurate. He’s listed as a senior on the roster. But whether that means this is his last year of eligibility, I do not know. Looking forward to getting past these extra Covid years. Not gonna lie.

I am of the belief that Redding can be taught the “right way to do things” and be a factor at 133. That is, if he wants it. What we’ve seen from Kysen, I am not sure can be corrected. He’s been here for 3 years and (I know this may be unfair) he just doesn’t seem to have the fire in his...

Are you saying Redding and Swiderski didn’t make weight for this meet?

Kysen seemed to fade last year. I’m wondering if limiting his matches somewhat would keep him more fresh and injury free for March.

It is interesting that they didn’t. Not sure what to read into that. The meet was all but won from the team perspective. If Broderson is “the guy” I think he has to have that match. I would like to hear the rationale.

Bono has got to be livid. He’s been planning the Florida event for some time. He brought a damn good team and just got boat raced. Hot damn!

Anyone that is watching care to comment on the Kraisser match? We really need one of the 157 to step up this year. That final isn’t encouraging.

I’m really excited for Redding. He could provide quite a boost at 133. He was very solid as true freshman and has the length to cause people problems at that weight. He’s more offensive than AR.
