Annual what’s your thermostat set at?
Built in 1920,...9' ceilings downstairs, 7' upstairs, with a forced air system. A coal bin in the basement. Updated a bit since then,.....Duct controls in the basement allow huge changes in air-flow. Winter, close down upstairs, open downstairs and it is all good, 70* at most,....heat rises... -

30+ years ago I was in Pittsburgh auditing for a couple of weeks. First Friday get out early. I swap to proper golf shorts and try and find Oakmont.
