It's like any of the trades, plumbing, electricians, etc, where we are facing some serious shortages. Except AG mechanics are much more than just "mechanics". It's so much more technical and I think if a college or state could market the need for new more technology focused Ag technicians, you... -

He got a show cause and was fired from Indiana, for one. It was kind of a big deal. Plus Oklahoma was put on probation for 3 years. Might seem "silly" now but it was still quite a few violations.....- cydsho
