    You can’t in the NFL. If it falls in the landing zone you have to return it. If it rolls into the end zone after landing in the landing zone, it’s live but can be downed in the end zone and have touchback at the 20.

    While I agree, that’s not going to happen. IMO players should avoid SM like the plague.

    The average return made it to the 29 (28.8 to be exact). By adding 6 yards to the touchback you are basically just giving the opposing team a free 5 yards if you kick it into the end zone. I personally think they should move a touchback on a kickoff to the 40. That would really change it up.

    I said he looked as ready as he could have, he looked fine (as far as a walk in goes) on offense but physically cannot do anything on defense no matter how many reps he had. And even if they went 10 deep, Cade was never seeing the floor.

    I don’t feel like that was an issue. Any player that came in during conference play (in the regular flow of the game excluding garbage time) looked prepared and confident to do their job. Even Kelderman, who probably never expected to play, did as well as we could possibly ask of him.

    My guess? The offense is predictable and the beginning of conference you don’t have as good of a scout on a team. They haven’t, under TJ, ran a complex offensive strategy which makes it easier to guard as the season goes on. I think it’s been noted, the top minute getters on this team were...

    What did he do that would make you think that? Even the little run he got at the beginning of the year he did basically nothing. Not good on defense and didn’t make shots. I did not understand the clamoring for him. Who cares how many stars he had.

    Meniscus hurts for sure, but that alone is not usually something that elicits that reaction generally. Either way, I don’t see her back for this tournament.

    Right, and that wasn’t an PT issue, that was a money issue. I guess my point is, the guys who leave, are fine players but have been recruited over. In this day and age, that’s a sign of a healthy program IMO.

    It’s insanity. Has there been a single transfer out under TJ that has done anything, let alone meet the expectations of the fanbase, after moving on? Maybe there has been, I just can’t think of anyone.
