cyman- Where have you heard the big 10 plans to stay at 8 league games? The big 10 plans on moving to a 9 game league schedule plus a pac 12 game. At least that's what the Iowa media and their fans have been using as an excuse to bail on the CYhawk game.- cysocool

"Insiders" claim expansion this weekend
This idea has been discussed on Cyfan and was ridiculed repeatedly. ND to the big 12 could fit nicely into a 12 or 12.5 team scenario but is it a good fit for ND? Would rather have them as a full member with 12 but either way good for the conference and ISU IMO. We'll see...- cysocool

The tv revenue from the new 4 team playoff and the new champions bowl between the Big 12 and the SEC should be worth more than any conference championship game. The 9th conference game in a 10 team conference also makes up for the lack of a conference championship game. -
