    There are no favorable matchups for Amaya and his defense has singlehandledly cost us 3-4 games in this run. Fine with DFA'ing Gomes but we should be done with Amaya, too. He's horrible.

    Nico following up a walk with a fly-out on the first pitch in the 9th was infuriating, but not as infuriating as that pitiful Morel at-bat in the 8th. He needs a long break from playing. For a while he was hammering the ball right at people but he's just putrid right now.

    ISU's Demarion Watson is "stronger" and "smarter" while playing key role off the bench

    He has a very real ceiling of how much he can play due to his nonexistent offense. Playing teams like Houston he'll get more minutes. Games where we need to score a lot he's not gonna play much and Pav will be more useful.
