I'd say a mix. I eat pretty well (and have found delicious macro-friendly meals) most of the time but allow myself an indulgence every now and then. I don't believe in cheat meals or cheat days, because I'm not cheating anything. Food should be enjoyed. -

Have you checked the HyVee on Court Ave? Their spirits section was always pretty robust. Otherwise, it's probably worth a trip to West Des Moines. I'd start at the HyVee on Mills Civic (they have the best beer selection, IMO). -
