    A 4 seed, 2 5 seeds and a 9 seed final 4. I love that NIL hasn't ruined the tournament yet. I know, I know, Miami and UCONN probably paid a lot. But the teams that can keep quality players will knock off money chaser one and dones more often than ever.

    As someone that has had Achilles surgery I would say that's correct. I "played golf" 4-6 weeks after. And hiked Camelback 3 months after. But not sure I could run yet.
