Oh so like every other job on the planet? I mean why does everyone expect a coach to be loyal when none of us are loyal to our jobs? That is the strangest thing to me.
Who has the bigger loyalty issue?
A coach that gets a chance to make more money/improve their position and moves on
or
School/AD/Fanbase that runs a coach out of town for a 7-5, 8-4, 9-3 season but not making the CFP or winning title?

Depends on the way those losses went down. That's kind of what Paul Rhoads was bringing us. We had a really low bar.
