I always liked him as the narrator of the Cyclones.com special feature videos. I can't count the number of times I watched the video of Kyven's national championship.
Interested to see who they find to replace him.

As someone who has had the good fortune to occasionlly work with Tom over the past decade+, I can say he will be missed. For all he did and all he knew, there is no replacing him. There will only be a successor (no offense intended to that individual!). Best wishes to Tom for a great retirement!
I hope he writes more articles (maybe even books) to capture his unique knowledge and perspective of ISU sports.
Had the honor of working with Tom when I was a student in the Sports Info/Media Relations office from 89-93. Some great times shared especially working with wrestling, cross country, and track. He was a great mentor, boss, friend. Congrats on retirement!
