I’m like, 20% positive that I came across a video of an employee. I realize that’s not a huge percentage, but when most cases you can be over 99% positive it’s not them, it’s big.

Anyway, I’ve thought about this a lot over time as I’ve managed a LOT of people (in the thousands over my time). If you saw something of a friend or family meme we or co-worker or something would you tell them?

I guess I kind of look at it two ways. There’s consensual online posting of that stuff and non-consensual, and I kind of feel like that’s the line that gets crossed. But even if it’s non-consensual, do you go up to a co-worker at work and be like “yeah, I was just cruising reddit for some porn the other day and came across your picture in a six-way?”

If they were YOUR pics/videos, would you want a friend or co-worker to tell you?
Send me the video and a pick of the individual, I’ll tell you what to do after viewing

There's actually some monster drama on there recently involving Bella Thorne, if you want to read it about. She single-handedly made it harder for everyone to make (more) money on there via scamming some people, lmfao. Google carefully.

But, yes, OnlyFans is like the place for that industry right now. Very popular with it's content creators because of how much control the individual has over them instead of the big industry players. Less/no middleman.

I’d have no problem with it. More power to you, baby. Get that bag. It’s just body parts. Who gives a ****? I think it’s a compliment when I date someone that is desired by others.

Sharing is caring, right? Especially when it profits thousands of dollars for what minimal 'work' it really has to be. There's certainly upside to it. Like being a socmed influencer, but actually selling something of value.

I mean, depends on the “sharing” (though if that’s your thing, no shame!)

Even a pornstar, I’d have no problem dating one, as long as they were already doing it when I met them. Don’t think I’d be down for them getting into porn AFTER we started dating.

I get that. Most people will have some reasonable limits of where they'd draw their lines of comfort. I'm all for it, do whatever the hell you want. Bonus points if you make money while doing it.

Im a person who says as long as it doesnt affect me, do as you please. I would give a little forward caution though, what if you have a son in HS and his friends find out his mom was a porn star and start forwarding the clips? That could be an awkward moment for the kid (son or daughter I guess)

That high school kid probably has already seen them.

Several years ago there was a guy that sat near me that walked by to get to the kitchen area and the restroom area. So he was in kind of a medium traffic area. One day I thought I saw a weird image on his machine. I didn't think much of it.

Things got progressively 'worse' over the next few weeks. I started seeing videos and one time he was.....enjoying himself. This was like a Tuesday in the afternoon. I ended up speaking with a former manager of mine about it. I sent an anonymous letter via company mail to HR identifying the individual and what was going on. We were going through a rather large conversion at the time and he was an IT guy. (programmer) These folks were SUPER busy at the time like 60-65 hour weeks. A few months after the conversion he 'retired'. I don't know if it was forced or what. I don't know if anything was said to him or anything.

BTW, I'm scarred for life.

I think the term "pornstar" gets thrown around too liberally. Just because you do 1 scene, or 1 movie, or 1 fraternity house on film doesn't make you a "star".

We need like a participation ribbon for porn one-and-dones.

When I came on today, I never expected a debate to break out about who is and is not a pornstar. Never change CF, never change.

They are not all stars but we need to thank them for their efforts. Otherwise the whole "star" thing will inflate their egos and then they'd be insufferable at Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas letters yammering on and on about this scene, or that position, or some STD...
