Yes, but the only reason Northwestern's defense is so highly rated is because they play in the Big Ten West. I think that's how it works around here?

Wouldn't surprise me. Iowa just had a QB start for three years that spent the off-season eating instead of throwing
If it was anything like the Murray twins for Iowa Basketball that had no stars coming out of high school to all of sudden they have 3 stars, this guy will be a 5 star for sure.
Can't wait to see what happens with Iowa's class once the "report/evaluation" comes back. Don't tell me that doesn't worry you.
I was trolling on that one. Yes, Northwestern's defense played 2 top-40 defenses the entire year last year. They gave up 76 points in those two games.
I know ISU fans are hoping they can somehow benefit from the issues at Iowa but I wouldn't get your hopes up for this.
Sounds like it although I doubt 29er was referring to the Doyle issues when referencing the report from the review.
I don’t think the collapse of Iowa’s recruiting class would benefit ISU that much. Of the guys that came down to ISU and Iowa (Bruce, Brecht, and Llewelyn) 2 didn’t want to play the position ISU was recruiting them for and the other wanted to play a sport ISU doesn’t offer. So I doubt it would impact much.
Our class won’t rank as high as Iowa’s....... BUT...... at least our program isn’t racist!!!!
Just waiting for the poor poker playing Iowa Athletic Department to do what Stanford had to do. Iowa couldn't win a lawsuit even if they had a royal flush!
