This is basically impossible to do. Kind of like naming your top 5 favorite songs. You could easily name 100, and it depends on what kind of mood you're in. But I'll take a stab at it.

In no particular order.....

Shawshank
Schindler's List
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Good Will Hunting
Jojo Rabbit

In no particular order

Back to the Future
Shawshank
Friday
Office Space
Field of Dreams or just about any great baseball movie

There are a lot of other movies mentioned so far that if I was flipping through the channels and saw the title I would stop and watch it too.

Ugh,

I'd have to start with genres and then some type of bracketed tournament...

Military
Western
Comedy
Sports
Sci-fi
Action
Fantasy
Romance

There's a lot more, crap, this is going to take some time.

Let's just go with some near the top

Good Will Hunting
Blazing Saddles
Top Gun
Spaceballs
3:10 to Yuma
Aladdin (animated)
Infinity War

I'm with KC, this is too hard.

I haven't done a formal tally but it seems that Shawshank Redemption, Good Will Hunting and Back to the Future are listed the most so far.

I have not seen Good Will Hunting in a while. I might have to watch that one again soon.

Imagine if Lucas had came back for the Star Wars prequels in the same perfect form George Miller did for Fury Road.

Honestly I think he was the same guy, he just didn't have the people around him pulling the reins on him.

I loved the book "Into the Wild", and the soundtrack is one of the best soundtracks ever, but I thought the movie was just "decent".... but nothing great.

Great list and The Great Escape is an awesome flick. If I start adding McQueen flicks I love my list will explode.
