Decided today was a good day for profit-taking from my FAANG positions, some that I have held for a very long time. Steak for dinner tonight!

I thought you were a pizza guy

I think I am out for the next few months, there are no values to be found, everything is so massively overvalued. Maybe buy some more when Q2 earnings start to roll out.

Not exactly sure.
Sold some of my apple stock a little too early today. When the rest of mine goes down, it goes up. It is now back to it's yearly high. Figured I'd take that cash and find something that is off a bit still. There is some definite value stocks out there.

Visa and Mastercard are close to their highs, but discover can still pop 30-40% to get back to where V and MC are comparatively.

just went to cash and locked in some earnings

may hold out till fall.

covid didnt even really hit until late qtr 1. qtr 2 is probably going to be terrible for earning.

Guess it depends on what you bought. Some recession resistant stocks will do fine.

New strategy, buy about 10 mins before the close and sell the open. These overnight future surges are getting old, and certainly not indicative of a true market.

Ya, I’m glad to hear somebody else say this.

They’ve been really throwing me off since this whole covid market. It’s been tough and a pain for me to get a handle on them. I’m basically just ignoring them for now. Just so much going on in every direction.
