In this segment, we consider songs that open with singing — no other instruments accompany the vocal at the start of the tune.
The following are NOT acceptable:
(1) Spoken-word intros don’t count --- it has to be SUNG (We already did Talking here).
(1b) by extension, count-ins (unless the counting is truly sung).
(2) songs that are completely a-capella (that would be cheating!).
