In transit tonight - WHY didn't I set my DVR!!! Trying to catch the end of the game but he's probably done for the night. I LOVE the caption of that tweet. Also, the world would be a better place without those Barney uniforms.

He was in late, probably to try to get some 3's, but missed a couple and is out again.

Well, it would've been a big statement win for the Raptors to beat the Bucks, but Milwaukee prevailed. Matt made a solid contribution (and I was stupid for not recording it to be able to see it later). Final line: 12 MIN, 9 PTS, 3-5 FG, 3-5 3PT, 2 REB, 2 AST and team-leading +9. He's doing us all proud. The cult following that he's developing is pretty awesome:

Not to be out-done by Matt Thomas, Nader actually had a higher 3pt % tonight in OKC's 2-point win over the Bulls. His line: 16 MIN, 6 PTS, 2-4 FG, 2-2 3PT, 6 REB, 1 AST, 1 STL, 1 BLK and a bench-leading +8.

Nader eliminates the middle man step of the outlet pass and sends this rejection directly into the fast break:

Burton had another DNP.

Matt Thomas and Abdel Nader weren't the only ex-Cyclones to turn in solid NBA performances last night. Monte Morris turned in his usual solid work for the Nuggets in their win over the Pistons. His line: 26 MIN, 8 PTS, 4-5 FG, 2 REB, 5 AST, 3 STL, 1 BLK, 1 TO and +8.

This is tongue-in-cheek but Monte does hit a lot of buzzer-beaters:

I noticed a common theme to the ex-Cyclones' success last night - Nader (Bulls), Thomas (Bucks) and Morris (Pistons) all were playing against the NBA team from their home state. (I'm not smart enough to calculate the odds of that).

Someone already posted a video of Matt's 3 made treys and two great passes from last night's game vs. the Bucks. Good lord, that boy is shooting on the move like JJ Redick (ok, but with a higher percentage made). The Raptors organization is first-rate; why, oh, why wear those stupid Barney uniforms:

Based on the replies and the author's answers, I actually think the 1st and 3rd quarter buzzer-beater stat is legit.

ESPNiang: The Jazz are on ESPN tonight vs. the Celtics and Georges will get 10 to 16 minutes, I'd guess. The game airs at 10:30 PM ET / 9:30 PM CT.
