Sorry, it sure seemed like a ton of people here truly cared about the integrity of the game and the behavior of those in it. Lots of folks sure cared when it was a KU player who had "tarnished the sport and should never be allowed to play again".

Now that it isn't a KU player, people suddenly seem less interested in adherence to such a lofty moral standard.

Funny how that works...just found it interesting.

The fighting isn't the reason everyone was up in arms over the KU/KSU fight you dense mushroom stamp. It is that they are constantly in the news for the wrong things and nothing ever happens to them.

Didn't they get 14 games worth of player suspensions for responding to being attacked on the court by their opponent? And in reviewing suspensions in other games where fights broke out, the suspensions given to KU were grossly bloated.

Seems like more than "nothing" to me. Calling for something to happen to the program separate is just ISU biased fan hatred gone wild.

It should tell you someone thing about those that called for DeSousa to be removed from the sport that the national pundits who agreed with you are Duke Vitale, Dan Dakich and Pat Forde.

Also, it isn't just ISU fans yelling at KU, it is literally the entire country pointing and laughing. Don't forget that. KU fans just have yet to realize that they are the ******* in the group, not everyone else.

So you're saying that stealing the ball is attacking your opponent? And the KU players "responded" to this "attack" by standing over their opponents who were laying on the floor...
I still don't understand why you come here looking for agreement or sympathy.

Not only that, but quite a bit of difference between just punches thrown and someone trying to use a weapon in a fight that has spilled over into the crowd.

You've been the worst sort of supercilious tavern hawk for the last how many years, and you STILL expect to hear sunshine and roses about the almighty KU? Get a life, dude. Find a home in a tavern somewhere...because that home sure isn't here.

Only a Jayhawk fan would be posting about this incident weeks after it happened on an Iowa State message board of all places. It just confirms that KU fans are the worst in the nation.

KU fans adore guys like SDS. Yet without the jersey they wouldn’t give him the time of day.

No, its Iowa State fans, Mizzou fans, KSU fans, Kentucky fans, Duke fans, Carolina fans, Nova fans, etc... sure, no biases anywhere that lead to all that faux outrage. Right...

And can we take a moment to have an intervention. You took the time to actually add the word "literally" to your post. Do you understand what the definition of the word "literally" is? Are all of the 327 million Americans outside of KU fans ALL pointing and laughing? Because that's literally what your post means...

It's overtaking "like" as the most unnecessarily dumb word injected into the English language these days. Come on, folks, it is not that hard to refrain from using it when it literally makes your post inaccurate.

He was adored when he was just the kid who was getting screwed by the ncaa for the actions of a predatory guardian but not any more.

And I would guess that ISU basketball fans adore the ISU basketball players as well but wouldnt have any clue who they are if they weren't wearing the jersey, too. It's just called being a fan.

Eh, fail. As I have stated, everything was fine and nothing was going to warrant additional conversation of any kind until the KSU players left the bench and physically assaulted DeSousa.

Or it confirms that the starting date for my trainee at work got pushed off 2 weeks and that Big 12 play has been boring without many middle of the pack teams upsetting teams in the top tier of the Big 12 standings. So I have a little extra time on my hands right now.

I'm surprised you can even type on your keyboard with such an inflated ego. My precious KU player being physically assaulted by KSU players. Cry me a river moron!! Please tell me the KSU was not physically abused then either. Here's the proof. Just shut up!!

This is like when I was visiting a Russian Museum dedicated to the Great War (WWII), they said the war started when the Nazis invaded Russia. I think Poland would disagree. Plenty of bad behavior went on before the bench emptied, all by KU.

There arent enough intelligent KSU fans to have a conversation with.

Assault is physically putting your hands on someone in a confrontational manner, AKA the pushing and punching that was done by multiple KSU players who went after DeSousa after he stood over that KSU player.

What you posted a photo of is an example of incidental physical contact that occurs during the course of Division 1 basketball play. At worst it is punishable by two free throws. Come on.

So I guess kicking someone is not considered assault? Good god you are horrible at this!!

Why are you all of a sudden worried about inaccurate posts? It is your whole shtick.

Also, thanks for the English lesson you peckerwood, but literally everyone I know that isn't a KU fan is pointing and laughing at them. My family all went to the University of Kentucky, some played sports there, and even people from the school that currently employees John Calipari is mocking KU for how dumb and dirty they are. I believe your problem, much like the rest of the KU fan base, is that you only surround yourself with other KU people, so there is absolutely no self awareness throughout the entire fan base.

Besides the fact that they are sticking with Adidas who is the only shoe company that hasn't figured out how to properly launder money (casinos, bitcoin etc etc).

Also, The Hawk sucks, Mass street is overrated, Prohibition was started in Lawrence, KS, John Brown is a child molesting failed businessman who went crazy, waiving the wheat is stupid, Allen Fieldhouse is a ********, and James Naismith stole the idea for basketball from a YMCA employee in New York.
