It's just strange that a kid from 1A, small town Iowa could be recognized as worthy of competing in the nation's premier high school QB competition, but the kid from big-time football Texas couldn't make the cut. Weird, you know?

I would trust the staffs at Georgia, Baylor, Oklahoma State and Iowa over some guy named Andy Bark that founded the Elite 11 camp.

He committed to ISU shortly after his showing. I'm not worried about Campbell's ability to recruit QB's.

Really?

Moore- is he even playing anywhere?
Park- LOL!
Mitchell- transfer
Dean- tight end
Noland- not playing at am FCS school

4 flops, 1 unknown and 1 hit.

Moore was his very first commit at ISU. He had to months to put together a class. Park is actually a talented football player, just mushy between the ears. Dean was recruited as a QB, but they got him to campus and decided he'd be best at TE. Zeb was a miss. Mitchell was sitting behind the literal best QB in ISU history. He wasn't going to beat Purdy out, he wanted to play QB, so he transferred. Not exactly a miss there.

Mitchell was my unknown for the reasons you listed.

The other 4 were all misses. If a QB has a million dollar arm and 10 cent head, that is a miss.

Paulsen Twins were, there is one starter and one the first backup. Thinking wirfs was 2A. Can’t remember the other starters.

Both Paulsens weren't in the top 6.

The starting OL in the bowl game had kids from Detroit, Bettendorf, Mt. Vernon and Solon on it. None of those are Class A schools.

If your definition of several is 1-2 then you might be correct.

How about the first game? Schott is A also. Man you are really peeing it down your leg. wirfs was 2A. Not like that is a large jump. So 3 of your 5 starting Olinemen for the first game were class A players. Wow.
