It is weird I know you are a grown man but sometimes your posts make you sound like a 6 year. Odd.
By bubble I just remember Hassel and the other Iowa goons on Twitter freaking out about maybe having to play in the play in game. They won a game in March somehow that kept them in the actual tourney IIRC
They beat UM in Ann Arbor in March that year. I highly doubt a loss at Michigan, who made the NCAA tourney that season, would have bumped from from a 7 seed to a First Four game.
And LOL at your definition of "bubble".
Depends if you count a 8-9 seed as a bubble team or if it has to be a 10 seed or worse. Honestly it's hard to keep track of all the Fran fades
Fouls aren't the reason Wisconsin lost. They were ahead 12 going into the 8 minute tv timeout. They played like crap down the stretch and that's why they lost.Wisconsin has 17 fouls called in them in the second half. You are factoring out the 5 basically twice.
I think you are a little slow on the uptick here. I get him to keep doubling and tripling down on his really bad trolls. Even Clone fans then get tired of his dumb troll and call him out. Heck there have been 6-10 Clone fans call him out in this thread alone in the last couple weeks.
I'm not taking his bait, he is eating mine. He is doing exactly what I want him to.
Iowa was seeded #27 in the field of 68 that season. The First Four teams were seeded 41, 42, 43 and 45.
They werent even close to the bubble.

9 were in the last 1:30 of the game after Iowa took the lead. Iowa should have been more aggressive on offense the entire game.Lol Iowa shot 20 free throws in the last 7:27 of the game. That's insane!
So they were 27th and the last team in the actual field was 40th?
They were 27th and the last team not in the First Four was 40th.
I had fun in Orlando

What were they last year when the faded to bubble category?
37th it looks like.
Man, I dunno. I can see Joe W sticking a long time in the league. If Garza is so good, I guess it'll be him over weiskamp leaving for the NBA...
So last year they lost their final four regular season games, 5 of their final 6 (the one win was vs a team that didn't make the tourney at home in overtime) and faded to a bubble team?
These aren't my numbers and I didn't verify them but this was posted on HR when discussing the "Fran fade":
