How did Baylor football do what ISU couldn't?

Announcers just summed up the difference between Baylor and Iowa State this year. Baylor outhits you and outhustles you. I think Iowa State did that in 2017 and 2018. Not the case this year.

Honestly, I think Kirk Ferentz invented that term and it’s a perfect way to describe what Iowa does and what CMC is trying to do. I don’t know if it can work as well in the Big 12.

Sure it can. It can work in any conference.

It's why KSU was successful and why ISU won games they probably shouldn't have in '17 and '18. Strong fundamentals.

Didn’t say it couldn’t work, said it might not be able to work as well a la 2015 Iowa. The schedules are just much more brutal in the Big 12 year after year. When OU and Texas are both doing their thing you don’t get to not play either one for 7 years. It’s easier to marginalize the Big Ten West because a lot of those teams are trying to do the same with worse coaching and worse recruiting.

They're from Texas and not that far removed from when they were good. Iowa State football hasn't been this good since..... ever? Maybe the 70s? Those two factors makes things a lot easier for them

Yeah go SEC....nothing shady goes on in that conference.SMH

Did Georgia knowingly allow rape to occur at the school and still allow the football program to exist?

Don't care about what staff was there, don't care who got fired. That happens, things should be shut down.

Did Baylor even get wins vacated or suspended from post-season play or anything?

Yeah the narrative that the big 10 west is so much worse than the big 12 can stop. We would have finished 4th at best in that division this year. Yes there's some turds in the big 10 but there's a lot of quality teams
