Baker makes me a feel a little better about trubisky

I don’t think Baker is that bad at all. Average to above average and that’s honestly some of the best we’ve had in Cleveland. As usual, the oline didn't help one bit and that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Didn't help he was a bit cocky and made a billion commercials so everyone can **** on him either

Saw something where he doesn't want more coaching in the offseason or something, that he know what to work on, etc. I'm sure it was exaggerated or out of context, but it didn't surprise me.

Gonna take a stab that the guys who put in the time to keep improving their craft have a better chance at longevity.

Rodgers lauding over Lazard's work ethic in August made me wonder if he's had some guys with questionable work ethics that led to poorer results vs. potential.
