So I wonder if Texas ever attempted to go after Graham. That's average pay for a decent coordinator.

I find it pretty amazing that this staff continues to stay together despite the success they have had. Rhoads staff was constantly having turnover but I would imagine this has a lot to do with Campbell being the head coach
If he wants to go to the NFL, then he'll go. I'm not sure I see him taking a different college job at this point. I'd love to see him go and Baylor go back to winning a couple times a year.

I think Rhule would be a good chance to take for a team like the Panthers. I could see him working out in the NFL. He seems like a classic dooshbag coach in the mold of Belichek that everyone hates from the outside but lives inside of the team/organization.
If the articles are correct, Rhule held a team meeting to tell his players he is interviewing for NFL jobs. At least doing it the right way and not being shady about his options.

If he doesn't see himself spending the rest of his career in Waco, this is about the high water mark one can expect for that program. Little upside to gain by staying.
It would be a shame if that entire program burned to the ground.
