These bowl “experts” aren’t digging too deep into these projections. How many people actually think the Alamo Bowl is going to pass on Texas, OSU, or even ISU for K-State? If you go by the rankings, sure. But we all know that’s not how it goes.

We were all tied for 3rd. Only Okie State is ranked...

Almost as funny is 24/7's bowl projection. Yesterday, 247 had ISU playing in Liberty ... vs. Tulane. Today, it got even better: Liberty, ISU vs. FIU(!) Yes, 6-6 & tied-for-fifth-in-C-USA East FIU.

If it seems deflating to have to play a sub-P5, imagine how awful that situation'd be.

I could just chalk it up to 247 having no clue what's going on, but almost all the other projections are consensus-correct or probable.

Yep, if I was a K-State fan I would be ticked off but in the bowl selection process **** happens.
