I knew there was a reason for the gameday thread today.
I don't get how they even qualified as teams with their 10th and 9th place finishes in the Big 10 meet.
This thread needs a bump as Drake Director of Track and XC, Mark Carroll has accepted a job with the Boston Athletic Association Elite Club. That is big because his wife is ISU women's XC coach Amy Rudolph. I would expect it is possible that she resigns at ISU at some point in the next 6 months. I could be wrong though.
If she did decide to go out east with her husband, ISU would be seeking its 4th women's XC coach since 2014. This would explain the sudden drop in the program, hard to recruit when the coaching attrition is so high.

Depending on if/when Rudolph departs, Shayla Houlihan is in Flagstaff with a track club. Could be a possible fit
