Hell of an effort, a 21 point comeback on the road in that environment. 3 losses by 4 points hurts like a MF’er. Love this team and all of those guys, so close. Loyal forever true.

Just huge missed opportunity, really no excuse to punt 5 times in this game, normally this would be a close miss, but Iowa state should have won this game.

Ou defense was pathetic and really can’t stop anything and instead we duck around for a half and bake mistake after mistake.

This looks like a “valiant effort” but Iowa state should have won this .

Just once, I wish we could finish one of those.
Iowa, Baylor, OSU, OU. ****
This is going to be 2005 all over again. A LOT of could've, should've and would've's. This team is so close to being a very good team. They are a good football team that just needs to do a few more things better and they will be there. It just hurts we can never seem to get over the hump.

A lot different when that offense gets the ball from the 25 each time. We would have probably kept scoring too and had to go for two in OT eventually anyway. Great call to go for it. Just wish Brock would have seen Kolar.

Yah. Would have thought the TEs would have been the primary targets. OU wasn't going to get called for a PI in that situation. The big physical guys may have been able to absorb it and still get the catch. The pass was perfect, it's just hard to catch the ball when the defender is draped all over you.

I guess this is better than getting blown out.

I can’t believe we almost won going for 2.

Amazing.

Hindsight is always 20/20. On the road, one play to beat a Top 10 team... You get it and it’s over.

but we had the momentum, tons of players on OU’s defense hurt and tired, stadium pretty much had more Cyclone than Sooner fans at that point, Overtime might have been the better option.
