What does Simeon Carter have to do to find minutes?

Heard this was a big reason why he was asked to transfer. He would be late for games, and when he’d show up, he’d be stoned out of his mind.
I must be getting old. I drew a complete blank on “Simeon Carter”.
This sounds like ******** to me. No matter his, interests, I have a hard time believing he’d show up to games high.
Stephen Jackson has admitted to playing NBA games high. Heck, Ron Artest supposedly drank at halftime.
Had high school teammates show up high. Carter was a freshman far from home. Doesn't shock me.
Every sport I've ever played both competitively/non-competitively, I 100% have watched guys get high immediately before, during, and after said event or competition. I'm zero percent shocked that college sports players do it regularly.
So is it the opinion of the Posters that Weed doesn't hurt performance, either mental, or physical? And it would be unreasonable for ISU to have a policy prohibiting Weed?
If you grow up your whole life playing basketball high you just can’t turn that off instantly and be anywhere near the same player. I laugh when people say cannabis isn’t a PED. Great for basketball, soccer, table tennis, regular tennis, any kind of continuous sport that one can get in to “the zone” in. Doesn’t work for football really, too much stop and start.
It’s so sad that the minute in comparison opioid OD epidemic sucks up all the oxygen in the drug press. Zeros and zeros of people are dying every day from weed ODs and it’s like no one cares.
