It's really hard to cover a spread like that unless your head coach is a d-bag, which Prohm isn't.
I think the only way it's possible we cover that is if our 5 worst players are still 10x better than their starters.

Lewis shows flashes of being able to a Big XII contributor. I am cautiously optimistic that he will take a big step forward this year.
I really root for Lewis... probably more than for any other player on the team. I don't really know why either.... I just really want him to do well.
Sadly it sounded like early returns on practice, scrimmages etc. were that he hasn't gotten much time.

Steve Prohm obviously had money on MVSU covering. Only explanation for not taking a shot on that last possession.
Conditt had them covering though, he was lobbying for the shot.
Carter Boothe’s 3 going in would have been a funny bad beat on the 37.5.
