I think it's bush league Park was still in at that point but it's not on Park, it's on the coach.

20 interceptions is surprising. Is he not practicing and just showing up to games? The competition is obviously lower than what he was facing at Iowa State.

They are 2-6. Looks like they don’t know how to win very well. I’m honestly surprised Park throws that many ints in a DII league.

Didn’t Jacob Park play in the AAF football league for Memphis??

Wouldn’t that mean he’s no longer eligible for college football???

Somebody posted before the season that the level he plays at apparently doesn't have any eligibility rules.

I wish he'd f*&king learned to button his collar...that bugs the **** out of me. Couldn't we have a chaplain of ethics and manners and etiquette on the team? Like "button your collar", "Use the salad fork", "Don't ever do the shhhh symbol after a good play, it is so 1997", "hold the door open for muscle-challenged populations" and" don't bogart the roach".

Buttoned collars are for nerds.

I don’t think that can be true because they’re still a part of the ncaa

You're probably taking that too literal. He's in his 6th year. Their rules must differ from D1 if he is still playing.

I wouldn't necessarily blame Park for this. This would entirely be on the coach. The coaching staff made the decision to keep the players in the game and also decide on what plays to run. The players just do what their told. This is entirely on the coaching staff.

He could have only played D2 or lower. Thats why he is playing D2. He is past his clock for any sort of D1 (FBS or FCS). The running clock doesn't apply there like it does at D1

Probably throwing 10-15 yard bullet passes his receivers can't hold onto and just tip it to the defense.

Missouri Southern State is probably the only program that would have taken a chance on Park... they've been like the Kansas of D-II football last 5-6 years so they were probably desperate for anyone with eligibility to play.

I prefer a point collar myself.....but if you are going to have buttons, use them.
I find myself wearing ties more now that Hoiberg went to Nebraska. watched a big10 network thingy about them traveling to Italy. Barf-alert....so over-done. I guess they got air time to fill and digital recording is free. "Red burns brightest" or some other such husker propaganda is one of their cliches. Did you know Scott Siepker is the equipment manager for Nebrasketball now?

This past weekend, Jacob Park and the Missouri Southern State football team routed Northeastern State 86-7....The game was surrounded with a bit of controversy as Park threw his final touchdown, a 43 yard strike, with 2:47 left in the 4th quarter while up 80-7.

So they were up 80-7, won 86-7. The PAT kicker had the ensuing PAT blocked. His 2nd blocked PAT of the game, along with a blocked FG that was returned for a TD and the only score of the game by Northeastern State. MSSU also went for 2 on their first 3 scores of the game.

This is definitely a bye week based on the fact I went and actually looked up the box score of the above mentioned game....
