Used to think these salaries were ridiculous but a lot of these schools print money and have to maintain "non profit" status.

Charlie Strong at $5MM, jesus. I have to give JP credit, he looks like a genius when you look at the pay of some of these individuals. MC should be in the top-25 of paid coaches based on his performance at ISU.

Campbell is grossly underpaid. I’d like to see him at 4.5

I fully agree, but if I remember right these last couple offseasons where he's signed extensions he's been pushing the money for an increased salary into the assistant pool.

As much as I'd like to see Campbell get bumped up a bit, I think I'd equally like to see a guy like Heacock jump up to seven figures.

Way up there
I need Charlie Strong's agent negotiating my contracts. $5 mil is insane for an AAC team, especially for a guy who owes any rep he has as a HC to Teddy Bridgewater.

That’s largely due to UT buyout money. Strong signed a 5 year 10 million contract with USF.

I agree he's underpaid. But I don't think he's grossly underpaid. I think $4MM would put him at a level that's fair. And do we know how his contract is incentivized?

The incentives are out there. I don’t think there’s a whole lot of incentives.
