I've recently seen quite a few stadiums switch to LED lighting, allowing ability to also change color, example: Alabama.

This would be a sweet upgrade to Jack Trice experience! Imagine juicy wiggle during a night game with lights semi off or with some flash?

Green Bay does some sort of flashing for touchdowns, the options are endless.

Thoughts?

There is significant cost savings in energy usage when converting to LED. That should be the driver when looking at the timing for making the switch.

We we're at Coors Field in Denver back in August. A Rockies home run turned into a lightening storm.

Done by Musco from Muskieville.

Local high school actually went to LED lights. They look nice and it doesn’t take many actual lights to properly light the field.

Alabama is having their first night game since switching to led lights. Have to admit that can be pretty cool.

Musco Lighting in Oskaloosa did Bama's field. I believe they did ISU's lighting as well. I agree that it would be super cool to see red LEDs at Jack Trice.

I dont know it mid American energy would approve of cost saving measures inside Jack Trice! Lol the feasibility of switching shouldn't even be an issue. Should already be done.
