Are they out for the whole year or is it possible for them to come back at semester? I could be way off here and probably am but I thought maybe I heard or read this could be a possibility

I'm pretty sure they can enroll for the Spring semester and come back if they wish.

My guess is Storr and Massa are more likely to come back in the second semester. I’d expect Micic and Amine to keep theirs on as both qualified their weight for the Olympics for their respective countries.

My guess is that they all stay red-shirted as I'm sure part of this is to make a push for the National Championship in 2021 with the likes of Kurt McHenry and Cam Amine hitting the lineup after their RS freshman years and Lewan and Silva being sophomores, which is probably there best shot at a team title. Their lineup in 2021 could look like this:

125 - McHenry
133 - Micic
141 - Storr or Silva
149 - Storr or Silva
157 - Lewan or Cam Amine
165 - Massa or Cam Amine
174 - Amine
184 - Embree
197 - Garcia (2020 recruit #25 overall)
HWT - Parris

I'm guessing this lineup would have sure fire AA's and potential finalists in Micic, Amine and Parris. Likely AA's in Storr, Silva, lewan and Massa. Outside shot at AA status with McHenry and Embree.

This makes sense but I would look for Amine to come back at 184. 86kg is 189lbs and I highly doubt Amine ever sees 174lbs again. He has a bright future in freestyle at 86kg.

That's a great lineup. Massa isn't redshirting though is he? He should be gone after this year.
