Why even have either band travel to the road game anyways? I think it’s pretty stupid anyways.

I’m all for cancelling this series. I’d rather not see a bunch of Hawk d bags hang around in or outside of Jack Trice anyways, even though some still will show up to the other games.

Maybe it was one of these fancy bags.

Does this meet the stadium clear bag regulations? Asking for @ImJustKCClone

Accountable for what? Stating facts? There were no accusations in the release. They are investigating numerous complaints, as they should. It’s up to you handle seeing a press release in a rational manner.

Johnnydipshit is back. I'll let the amount of down votes speak to your rationality.

Pollard said they talked to the police office that escorted the band and the officers said there were no incidences to report.

Citing the hard hitting facts. If these things really did happen, the police escorting the band would have been all over it, or been alerted by band members/staff.

Second, surely this type of behavior surely would have been discussed between the two band directors the night of while they were together.

Jussie Smollet/Ryan Lochte **** going down here orchestrated by none other than douche canoe Barta.

I have many friends in the ISU band, and their director told them that the rumor that an IU band member was pushed and broke their ribs, is 100% false. That information was gained as part of reported conversation between the two band directors that happened after the game.

An Iowa band member did break their ribs; they fell down the stadium stairs (not pushed), and landed on their bass drum. That sucks for that individual, but the foul-play associated with it is 100% false.

Not exactly sure.
My sis and BIL from Minnesota asked me about this last night. They were laughing and talked about booing them on the field. Said we were a bunch of meanies.

Way up there
I really wish Jamie would stick it to this deeb but we know, he'll take the high road. Claiming you were being booed or yelled at is one thing (I have no doubts this happened) but lying about physical or sexual assault is a new low.

I’ve heard the broken ribs story too, and I’d guess more inappropriateness will be alleged soon. Unfortunately, once stories are out in public they’ll take on a life of their own regardless of the truth.

Will this be like the locker room thefts...in a few weeks we find out it was Hawk fans and it'll be buried on the back page of the news?

JP should next year have band members wear GoPro style cameras through IC and just live stream their walk through the areas around Kinnick...lol.
