Where they love the governor
On the Album Destroyer, Detroit Rock City started out with a radio news report which foreshadowed the crash at the end of the song.

The most interesting part of the intro is the sound of the driver pumping the gas pedal twice before starting the car. I can't remember the last car I had where the gas needed to be pumped before starting.

Zeppelin's Black Country Woman captures a bit of the recording process.

And of course La Grange

Black Country Woman is the first one I thought of when reading the rules. I'll throw in another Zeppelin one, The Ocean. Technically it's a bit of a count-in, but with style.
"We've done four already, and now we're steady, and then they went: one, two, three, four."

Even now, this arrangement of these two songs (What the World Needs Now Is Love; Abraham, Martin & John) brings a lump to my throat. Early 70s...when our friends were still going to Nam. The news clips are jarring, and are of events that I still remember vividly.

I will never forget.
