I thought the same but he was there for the 2018-2019 season. Recognized his name on Last Chance U and had to check it out. Not sure what he’s up to now
I heard the name on Last Chance U as well and figured it was a diferent kid with the same name. I didn't think Thomas could be at a JUCO since he was a 2015 recruit.

I don't get how he was a redshirt sophomore last year at ICC. He played as a true freshman at ISU in 2015 and then played in two games (2 carries for 10 yards, 1 catch for 12 yards) in 2016 at West Georgia. I wonder if he somehow received a medical redshirt for that season. But that still leaves 2017. He wasn't at West Georgia that year and there is no way he could have been on a roster if he was a redshirt sophomore at ICC in 2018. So he has been at three schools that we know of since 2015 and still apparently has two years of eligibility remaining.

Is Devon Moore going to start at South Dakota?

It is tough to say, USD has their returning starter, Austin Simmons, who did pretty well there, but I don't think USD liked that he wasn't very mobile and wanted to stir up a little competition. I cant give you an exact answer since we never got to see Moore play, but I think Moore will be the back up.

Great phrasing on Cade Sexauer getting some action
