Yikes, that is not good news for Adventureland Park in Altoona. We've been to their Lost Island RV Park and the water park and they are very well done and are top-notch developments.
We've had season passes to A-land the past 4 years.......and this is 100% correct.
Plenty of PantherHoks up in that area. Tavern Hoks too.
Funny Adventureland story... In the early 1980s my job was 12 hour shifts cleaning the park restrooms one after the other. Most park goers AIN'T right with what they do in there.

The park would be divided into five different “lands” and would included a 30-acre lake.
I'm guessing Meth Land will be one.
Actually they did have very nice playgrounds for kids and a nice lake with a very good beach in the RV park. They had paddle boats that my granddaughter and her friend really enjoyed. Since we retired we have traveled the US extensively in our motorhome and have stayed in all sorts of RV parks. What kinds of rides would one find at an RV park????
Sounds like a sh*tty job.

Maybe it’s just what I enjoy but as long as you have a wave pool and lazy river you have satisfied my needs. I never understand the slides or people’s willingness to wait in line.Lost Island is better and I wouldn't say it's particularly close
Never been to Lost Island waterpark but have been curious to try it out. For those who have been there and to Adventureland's waterpark, how do they compare?
pantherhoks = purple and gold hok fans.Plenty of PantherHoks up in that area. Tavern Hoks too.

I don't think Aland has anything to worry about. I live in the metro and it would have to be like Disneyworld for me to go up there. I think there is plenty of population for both parks to do just fine.Looks like Adventureland gonna need to step up their game now
