Another reminder of how much Shaka has underachieved at Texas
Its crazy how Mark Few is able to identify all these foreign prospects. I don't think Hachimura was some 4 or 5 star recruit
With three taken in the top ten, Duke fans have to wonder how Coach K couldn't win it all.
Sounds like he makes up for it by not trying very hard...
It’s going to be hard to get rid of Wiggins. I would love to sucker some team into taking him though. Still mad we give him that much money without him ever improving after his rookie year.
So of the first 13 picks 7 of them were from Duke, N Carolina, and Kentucky. Puke.
We might as call these few protected NCAA teams the semi-pro league. They get paid, don't worry about an education, and likewise dominate the pro-draft.
Yeah, seeing the outfits and jewelry on all these poor college kids and their families, makes you question the narrative that they are poor amateurs barely getting by and free college, room, food galore, free medical care are not enough.
Once they’re going pro they can get pretty large advances from the agents.
Experience at the college level is underrated. Definitely isn’t easy leading a team full of freshman all the way even if they have lotto talent.
He's likely had better overall teams that didn't win it all.
Now, Texas on the other hand...there should be at least better overall seasons happening there.
