Sturgill has a new song out today. It is for a movie called The Dead Don't Die, which is also the song title. Old school Sturgill, pure country.

I like Sturgill more and more each time I hear him. He kinda reminds me of Dwight Yoakam, who I disliked as a kid. But I really dig now.
Can't agree anymore. I believe Sturgill produced Childers' last album.Check out Tyler Childers stuff if you like Sturg....especially his live stuff. They're pretty much my two favorite artists right now.

Going up to Minneapolis to see Tyler at First Ave in November. Saw him at Hinterland last summer and it was great but I'm really pumped to see him in a smaller venue.Check out Tyler Childers stuff if you like Sturg....especially his live stuff. They're pretty much my two favorite artists right now.

I've told people he's like the perfect mix of Yoakam and Cobain. So cool and casual like he doesn't give a **** but he'll rock your face off.I like Sturgill more and more each time I hear him. He kinda reminds me of Dwight Yoakam, who I disliked as a kid. But I really dig now.

Is this the guy that sang "Something bout a Truck"?
Saw Sturgill and Tyler at Hinterland last year and will be seeing Colter there this year along with Jason Isbell. Those four have been in my heavy rotation for the last year and a half and I don't see it slowing down anytime soon.I'm a big fan, thanks for posting.
If you like Sturgill & Childers, you might also like Colter Wall. I really enjoy those 3.
I think this song is from The Onion. Is this the guy that sang "Something bout a Truck"?
