Wodtly's comments on Iowa State per 247

IOWA STATE: "I will be taking my first official visit there on June 11 through the 13th. Coach (Matt) Campbell has been to my school and I really like him a lot. They have a lot of Ohio guys on the staff and I feel at home around them. Coach Campbell has taken a big part in my recruitment and I like that a lot. He is a great guy and he is from where I'm from, so that feels great."

(There was a rumor a couple months ago going around Carroll that he was a silent commit to Iowa but that seems to be false.)

Iowa appears to not be recruiting him real hard now- they already have 2 SDE's in this class, are getting crystal balls on two others and have another they think may commit this weekend. Plus they moved one of their top recruits from last year from TE to DE . I think he's Iowa State's and will commit soon.

With all the seniors on the interior of the DL it would be great to get some more DTs this class.
