I'm in favor of this move. My luck tonight will be a night where he shows up.
I'm assuming we will see Kimbrel in the top of the 9th...
Kimbrel career ERA of 1.91 and WHIP of .920, pretty sure thats really good. They now have another 3 year window get another world series or two.
The best part about this is it now allows the rest of the bullpen to slide into more comfortable roles. Cishek and Strop in the 7th or 8th, CJ can be used in non-pressure situations now to get his head right, if Morrow is able to give anything this year that would just be icing on the cake.

Reports are with not having to pay Zobrist that they'll stay under the the Level 2 tax at $206M.

Yeah. When I heard we were throwing out a rookie today in Wrigley against your lineup I was prepared for the worst today. Our starting rotation needs all the help we can get.

I assume each team will play one game as the "home team" and then have 80 true home games.
