Now, which ones do you want to see against this year's home opponents?
Iowa: all reds
Texas: B-R-R, all blacks if it ends up being a prime time game
OK State (homecoming): R-R-W, W-R-R or W-R-W
TCU: W-R-R or R-R-W
KU and UNI: Dealer's choice
ULM: Don't care

Fair enough. Also a fan of the Iowa State on top of a tornado logo on a gold helmet.
Along with hoping for a gold helmet, I would love to see us start wearing alternate logos on helmets. Alternate logos we already have, not like what we did against Texas two years ago.
Numbers are cardinal outlined in gold and collars have cardinal and gold. You can't say that about the blacks.
I had been wanting to see all whites all year last year and was really excited to hear we were going to wear them in the bowl game, however, for some reason I was a little underwhelmed with them once I saw them. Not sure why?
I felt like we needed just a little more cardinal in them somewhere.... like a stripe on the pants or maybe even just the cardinal facemask? Don't get me wrong, they were still really, really good, just not as awesome as I thought they would be.
No doubt though, the white helmets are by far the best. These are still my favorite helmets we've ever worn..... the whites with the stripe down the middle and the cardinal facemask....

Agree w/ the white helmets, especially w/ cardinal facemask. In lieu of a gold helmet option, that's the sharpest hat we've had in the I-State era. My opinion.

To make it more precise, I probably shouldn't called all-whites "W-W-W" instead.I like them all but my fav is the WRR. I like the all black unis too but they don't have school colors anywhere on them. They would be amazing with even just a little cardinal and gold on them somewhere.

Not sure what my favorite would be but my least favorite was the Cardinal Cardinal White.

6. WV (All Black) I actually really like these, but put them here since black is not one of our colors.

10. Baylor (B-R-R) last and definitely least. I don't like mixing the black with anything else.
I like the all red unis. I also loved the all black and wanted to comment. Last year at the WV game I noticed that on a few of the players I could see our tradition red and yellow flashing up on the shoulder pads. I realized this was not an intentional part of the design but really thought it was cool. I wish I could get the message to designers
The Baylor game uniforms from last year were awesome.
The problem with having any gold on the black uniforms (whether that be trim or our traditional logo) some may not like that from a distant or quick glance, seeing black with gold could resemble the Hawks.. I have no issue with throwing in some cardinal and gold, but I know I've seen some people bring up that fact. I personally like the full black with white uniform.. It's an alternate, and should only be used as such (1-2 games per year). I also like the idea of getting a gold helmet and jersey to be able to add to the uniform combination. A W-G-W and a G-W-W look would be clean IMO.
The all white is so nice. Easy winner.
