Why I in no way agree woth what happened here and this is definitely odd, it is not that big of a deal considering what we do to animals. I assume everyone who is outraged, went to their local kill shelter and adopted a couple of dogs who were on the chopping block. According to the ASPCA, 670,000 dogs per year are put down because they can't find homes for them. Is this situation really any different than plopping the dog in a shelter?

That's a shocking number. According to the ASPCA 860,000 cats are put down as well.

Spade and neuter your pets people!

I'm assuming that if the dog had died first the owner was planning to be put down so they could be together....only makes sense lol

Those are the people that stuff and mount their dead pets which is equally weird AF.

My dad is an old ISU vet. We had a neighbor lady who died. He put the cat to sleep and wrapped it in an Afghan blanket and buried them together.

As I already said I don't agree with it, but there are a whole bunch of other things in this world than more important than an owner putting their dog down. Its really a non-issue.
There's always something "more important". Does that mean everything else should be ignored? What is the most important thing in the world so that I know what things not to care about? TIA.
